Former ADC Senapati vice-chairman LK Kasaso laid to rest at Laii village

Senapati, January 08 2026:
Former Vice-Chairman of the Autonomous District Council (ADC), Senapati, LK Kasaso, was laid to rest at his native Laii village on Thursday.
The veteran leader passed away on January 6 at District Council, Senapati, after a brief illness.
He was 94 and is survived by two sons and three daughters.
In a condolence message, the Ex-Autonomous District Council Members Forum, Senapati, expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the elder statesmen, describing him as an esteemed former vice-chairman whose leadership, integrity, consistency and honesty inspired many.
RK Kaba, convenor of the forum, on behalf of the former ADC members, extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, friends and colleagues.
The message stated that the passing of Puo Kasaso has left a void that can never be filled and urged the family to find comfort and strength in the love, laughter and cherished memories of his life, while praying for the eternal peace of his soul.
