Imphal, August 06 2025: In a step to fostering community harmony and collaborative development, Assam Rifles organised a Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) meet at Waroiching village in Bishnupur District, on Tuesday.

According to a release issued by the IGAR (South), the event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders including village heads, women's collectives, youth representatives, and civil society members, alongside personnel from Assam Rifles, CRPF, and Manipur Police.

The interaction served as a platform for open dialogue on pressing local issues, with a special focus on resettlement planning, coordinated safety measures, and inclusive welfare strategies ahead of the upcoming harvesting season.

Participants actively contributed insights on the prevailing security landscape, access to essential services, and livelihood concerns affecting the region.
