Many extend essential items to relief camps

Imphal, December 05 2023:
Lamdaibung Social Welfare Club, Kakwa led by its president Waikhom Ibungo distributed blankets and edibles to inmates of the relief camps set up at Kakching Khunou Khomdonbi Memorial English School, through the SDO Waikhong.
Meanwhile, students of Ibotonsana Girls' Higher Secondary School provided stationery items, female hygienic products to students taking shelter at Laisoi relief camp under Thanga A/C.Ramakrishna Mission, Imphal also distributed 114 blankets, 103 plastic mats & 3 rolls (830 Feet) of plastic sheets for 103 displaced .families sheltered at the temporary shelter home set up at Kwakta Sericulture Training Institute and 61 blankets for the inmates of the relief camp at SAI Complex, Utlou on Sunday.
All the pregnant women staying in these camps were provided with two packs each of Mother's Plus Horlicks.
Food Supplement/ baby formula milk and stationery items were also provided for the students.
Lourembam Bikramjit and his wife Mona of Thoubal Athokpam Khunnou also distributed 90 blankets to the inmates of Lamding Higher Secondary School relief camp.
