WMG College holds induction programme for freshers

Thoubal, July 29 2026: Waikhom Mani Girls' College, Thoubal, organised an induction programme for newly admitted students for the academic session 2026-27 in various courses at the college indoor hall.

The programme was attended by College Principal Prof H Manoranjan Sharma, Vice-Principal Dr S Shyamkiran Singh and Teachers' Association president W Sobhapati Devi as presidium members.

As part of the programme, Geography Department HoD P Robinson Singh, Chemistry Department Assistant Professor L Sanatombi Devi and VicePrincipal Dr S Shyamkiran Singh briefed the newly admitted students on various aspects of college life, including the curriculum, syllabus, subjects offered, examinations, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, attendance, internal assessment, facilities, infrastructure and the achievements of the college.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Prof H Manoranjan Sharma urged the students to remain focused and dedicated to their studies and strive to become responsible and successful citizens of the nation.
