IEC campaign conducted under PM-DAJGUA at Kamjong

Kamjong, June 27 2025: The District Administration of Kamjong conducted an Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign under the PM-DAJGUA initiative today at Grihang village, Kamjong District.

During the campaign, HL Jain, SDO Kamjong District delivered the keynote speech, offering an insightful overview of the objectives and benefits of the PM-DAJGUA programme.

Various line departments participated in the campaign, setting up stalls to provide information and assistance on a range of government schemes.

Attendees had the opportunity to directly engage with officials, clarify doubts, and access essential services.

As part of the Government's initiative to saturate welfare schemes across eligible populations, the CAF&PD Department distributed 13 ration card forms and facilitated 2 new LPG gas connections under the Ujjwala scheme.

Additionally, 43 PM Vishwakarma, 4 PM Matru Vandana Yojana, 12 MGNREGA, 1 Mission Indradhanush were distributed.

On-the-spot services were also rendered, with 03 Scheduled Tribe (ST) certificates and 03 Domicile certificates issued to beneficiaries.

05 individuals were also enrolled for new Aadhaar card registration.
