Imphal, December 26 2025: The Rajkumar Sanajaoba Singh Memorial Scholarship has been awarded to seven meritorious medical students of the State on'merit cum means basis' for the year 2025-26.The scholarships were distributed today during a function held at Manipur Press Club, Imphal.

The event was graced by Prof Longjam Usharani Devi, Director, JNIMS; Prof Kh Lokeshwar Singh, Medical Superintendent, JNIMS; Dr Khumanthem Ratankumar Singh, Managing Director, Mother's Care Children Hospital & Research Centre; Dr T Brajakumar Singh, Director, Department of Environment & Climate Change, Manipur; Prof Y Indibor Singh, Head-Radiation Oncology, Karkinos; and Prof Ksh Achouba Singh, Head, Department of Endocrinology, JNIMS as presidium members.

Offering of floral tributes and speeches by the dignitaries on the life & works of Late Rajkumar Sanajaoba Singh were the main highlights of the event.
