Chandel Model Residential School achieves 100% pass rate in HSLCE 2026

Chandel, May 16 2026: Model Residential School, Mantri Pantha in Chandel celebrated a proud and historic achievement as its first batch of students secured a remarkable 100% pass percentage in the High School Leaving Examination 2026 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM).

A total of 15 students appeared and successfully cleared the matric examination.

To honour the successful candidates, a felicitation programme was organised today at the Multi Purpose Hall of the school.

The programme was attended by teachers; staff, and students who gathered to celebrate the achievement.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal William Shilshi congratulated the students for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

He also appreciated the unwavering service and sincere efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff in guiding and supporting the students throughout their academic journey.

He further encouraged the students to continue striving for excellence.

The programme concluded with words of encouragement and best wishes for the bright future of the students.

Notably, the school operates under the Education (S) Department of the Government of Manipur.

It became functional in 2024 and has achieved this significant milestone within a short span of its establishment, marking a promising beginning for the institution.
