In a stirring tribute to the 79th Independence Day and the resounding success of Operation Sindoor, Assam Rifles orchestrated a spectacular musical evening at the historic Kangla West Gate.
As per a release issued by HQ IGAR(South), the event featured a captivating performance by the Assam Rifles Jazz Band and Pipe Band, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of approximately 200 attendees, including troops and members of the local community.
Attended by senior officials of IGAR South, celebrations unfolded with a vibrant display of musical artistry and patriotic spirit.
Over the course of 45 minutes, the bands delivered a soul-stirring repertoire of patriotic melodies, seamlessly blending the smooth harmonies of jazz with the commanding cadence of the pipe band.
Each note resonated with pride, unity, and the indomitable spirit of the nation.
The audience, immersed in the rhythm and emotion of the performances, responded with heartfelt applause and visible pride.
