Indigi Minds hosts Winter School 2025 in Senapati, promoting skills and innovation

Indigi Minds organised Winter School 2025, a four-day programme held from December 8-11, at Lao Radiant Higher Secondary School, Vakho, aimed at fostering curiosity, innovation, and practical learning among students.
The Winter School, 2025, organised by Indi Minds is an initiative designed to help students develop essential skills, ideas and knowledge beyond conventional academics.
The programme focused on two key components: Finding the Right Career Path - Guiding Students to Understand their Strengths, Explore and Make Informed Career Choices and Learning Life Skill - Equipping Students with Essential Abilities for Everyday Success.
These included soft skills, time management, self-defence, overcoming mobile addiction, resisting substance abuse, civic sense, and maintaining hygienic habits.
The Winter School featured an array of keynote speakers including Dr Ng Javan, AIIMS, New Delhi, MRCS, UK, and former Professor of Surgery, JNIMS; Yuna Kim, M Th, Practical Theology, Headmistress of Somang School, Senapati; and Dr A Azhoni (PhD, Cranfield University, UK) Associate Prof & HoD of Civil Engineering, NIT Imphal, who spoke on "Role of Medicine in Shaping Society" and "Engineering and Future of Society" .
Panel discussions were joined by Chartered Accountant, Longni Tao; Dr Paveine Joyce, IELTS Trainer at Sailor Immigration & Soft Skill Trainer at Diploma in Communicative English, Manipur University; Newlandson, PhD scholar, JNU; Ng Hiidanai Lahna, Music Teacher; Sani Kajichew, Proprietor of NE Enterprises; Hingbina, PhD Scholar, Clinical Psychology, MU; and Ng Ngaorai, founding Director of Tsiibi Foundation & AO, Senapati.
Around 70 students from more than 10 schools and colleges across Senapati district attended the programme.
