AMPAL, NAMPL appeal to forgo Yaoshang

Thoubal, March 11 2025: The Athokpam Meira Paibi Apunba Lup (AMPAL), Thoubal Athokpam in a release has appealed to the public of Athokpam area to forgo all Yaoshang related events like Thabal Chongba, Shumang Leela, Concert, etc in and around Athokpam area in view of the prevailing situation in the State and the hardships besetting the people.

Meanwhile in another press release, Ningomba Apunba Meira Paibi Lup (NAMPL) has also appealed to the public of Thoubal Ningombam area to forgo all Yaoshang related events like collecting money in the name of festival, Nakathengba, Thabal Chongba, Sports, Housie, Lottery, Shumang Leela, Concert, etc as a show of support & solidarity to the people affected by the present crisis.
