Short film fest on mental health announced

Imphal, September 09 2026: Share And Care, Wangkhei Ningthem Pukhri Mapal, in collaboration with Tanthapolis, is organising "Yening Film Festival 2026", a short film festival on mental health.

The organising committee has invited filmmakers from Manipur to submit original short films promoting awareness, understanding, empathy, inclusion, resilience and well-being.

The festival is open exclusively to filmmakers from Manipur.

Official entries will be accepted till 4 pm, September 23, 2026.Selected entries will be reviewed by an independent jury and screened on October 10, 2026, at Tanthapolis, Lamphelpat, as part of World Mental Health Day 2026.Interested persons may contact 7005233046 for more details.
