Workshop on Maring folkdance concludes

Imphal, July 08 2025: A 30-day long residential workshop cum production on "R Khanglaa Knui" (a traditional Maring social institution dance) concluded successfully at the Sandang Shenba Maring Community Hall, Kangpokpi district today.

The workshop was organised by the Kulbir Shong Shong Tribal Cultural Centre, Sandang Senba, Kangpokpi district in collaboration with North Central Zone Cultural Centre, Allahabad under CFPGS Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

The closing ceremony was graced by several dignitaries including Khullak Angkhul, Keishal Kothil (PRO to MLA Keira AC) Kopui Angphom, secretary Kulbi Shong Shong Tribal Cultural Centre.
