PPC celebrates Foundation Day

Imphal, May 28 2025: The People Protection Committee (PPC) Konthoujam celebrated its 2nd Foundation Day today by organising a tree plantation programme at Konthoujam Ema Lairembi Laibung.

Members ofPPC Konthoujam, Women's Wing and Unit-14 Arambai Tengol participated in the programme.

As per a release issued by PPC, a joint meeting was also held after the tree plantation programme.

The meeting called for the formation of a popular Government in Manipur citing that toe President's Rule has made no difference whatsoever in toe State.

The meeting criticized toe failure of toe Central Government to restore peace & normalcy in Manipur even after imposing President's Rule.

The meeting also decided to organise a People Convention soon.
