Imphal, May 27 2025: The Manipuri Students' Federation has imposed a ban on the group Manipur Youths'Front (MYF) .

Speaking to media persons today at their head office in Kwakeithel Thounaojam Leikai, Sundar Khuman, general secretary, MSF, accused MYF representatives of misusing the name of MSF for their own personal interests in some institutions.

Terming it unfortunate, he said that MYF has been banned for tarnishing the reputation of MSF.

He further added that convenor Asem Sanatomba Singh, co-convenor (administration) Irengbam Papil and co-convenor in-charge (finance) Oinam Ningtamba Meitei of MYF have arrived at an understanding with MSF and assured to refrain from engaging in such disreputable activities in the future.
