Thoubal, July 25 2026: A workshop-cum-production on the traditional art form "Tin Tal Athonba" was organised at Charangpat Maklang Mamang Leikai Community Hall on Saturday by the K Ibotombi Memorial Cultural Academy (KICA) under the initiative of the Department of Arts and Culture, Government of Manipur.

The programme was attended by Charangpat Gram Panchayat chairperson Khundrakpam Premnath Singh as chief guest, Eastern Manipur Artist Association (EMAA) director Kangabam Birmani as president, and Charangpat GP Ward Nos 2, 3 and 7 members Nandeibam Tapashini Devi, Pheiroijam Khomei Singh and Sagolsem Modhu Singh as guests of honour.

As part of the programme, students of the academy successfully showcased the traditional art form "Tin Tal Athonba" before the gathering.
