Imphal, October 24 2025: In a landmark announcement during the Homeland Security Summit 2025, Kunwar Vikram Singh, chairman of the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI), formally launched the Manipur State Chapter of CAPSI .

The newly constituted leadership of the CAPSI Manipur Chapter includes Major Nameirakpam Karan Singh, Director, Glazing Security Services, Imphal as president; Nelson Elangbam, Managing Director, NE Brothers Entertainment Pvt Ltd as vice president and Rajkumar Babloo Singh, Director, Homeland Group, Imphal as general secretary.

The CAPSI Manipur chapter will work in close partnership with State law enforcement agencies and the civil administration to promote professional standards, compliance and best practices in private security operations, thereby contributing to the overall safety and resilience of Manipur, said the CAPSI in a statement.

CAPSI is an apex body representing India's private security industry.
