7 Herbert students qualify in RMO 2025

Imphal, December 20 2025:
The results of the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO)-2025 are out and eight students from Manipur have qualified in the Class XI and XII Category.
Out of the eight, seven students were from Herbert School, Changangei, a testament to the school's consistent education standards.
The seven RMO 2025 qualified Herbertians are - Kshetrimayum Dhanraj Singh (Class XII), Pukhrambam Naresh Singh (Class XII), MK Fahimuddin (Class XII), Yumnam Yoihenba Singh (Class XII), Moirangthem Jhanjitkumar Singh (Class XII), Leimapokpam Jinefar Meitei (Class XII) and Juliana Haobijam (Class XI) .
In a release, Dr K Nabachandra Singh, Principal of Herbert School, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the RMO 2025 qualified Herbertians for their remarkable achievement.
"It is a moment of immense pride for our institution", added the Principal.
Notably, the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) is a prestigious national-level examination for students aspiring to compete in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO)- the world's most renowned mathematics competition for school students.
It is organised by Mathematics Teachers' Association (India) in collaboration with Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research.
Students who qualify in IOQM move to the next stage i.e.Regional Mathematical Olympiad RMO .
