Kakching, September 20 2025: A legal awareness programme was held at the multipurpose hall of Kha Manipur College, Kakching organised by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the College in collaboration with Women's Cell Pro Bono Club - Royal Academy of Law, Oinam.

The programme was graced by senior Advocate Dr Chongtham Narendra as the chief guest; Moirangthem Duijoy Singh, Vice Principal, Kha Manipur College as the functional president and Yengkhom Raju Singh, former Principal as the guest of honour.

At the event, Sorokhaibam Sanahal Singh, the Pro Bono Associate of Royal Academy of Law Oinam, delivered the keynote address.

Heikrujam Reziya Devi, Lecturer, Royal Academy of Law Oinam deliberated on the topic of "Human Rights: The essentials of everyday life" while senior Advocate Dr Chongtham Narendra spoke on "Gender Equality: Key to a better tomorrow" .

Students and teachers of Kha Manipur College Kakching and Royal Academy of Law Oinam also attended the programme.
