Free Health Camp for railway workers concludes

Imphal, September 12 2026: A free health check-up camp for workers of Railway Mall Godam organised under the Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Railways concluded today.

The camp, held from September 7 at the office of Bharatiya Railway Mall Godam Shramik Sangh (BRMGSS), Manipur State at Khurai Thangjam Leikai in collaboration with CMO Imphal East, was conducted in three divisions to ensure health security of workers.

On the concluding day, workers from Jiribam, Khongsang and other railway godowns were given free health check-ups and free medicines.

BRMGSS Manipur state president Pravin Maisnam said the camp was earlier scheduled to conclude on September 9 but was extended by three days considering workers of remote godowns.

The camp was organised to ensure workers remain healthy and efficient in their duties.
