Imphal, August 12 2025: The Regional Sericultural Research Station, Imphal launched the Mera Resham Mera Abhimaan campaign with an awareness programme on "Host plant pets and diseases management" at Pukhao Khabam Community Hall under Imphal East.

Conducted under the aegis of the Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textile, Government of India, the awareness programme was attended by Dr S Subharani Devi, Scientist, Central Silk Board, Regional Sericultural Research Station, Imphal, Mantripukhri; Kh Pratima Devi, Assistant Director, District Sericultural Office, Imphal East; Kh Subadas Singh, Scientist, Central Silk Board, Regional Sericultural Research Station, Imphal; Bhameshori Devi, Superintendent, District Sericultural Office, Imphal East and W Khomei, former Pradhan of Pukhao GP .
