Preparatory meeting held for Agniveer recruitment rally

CCpur, September 10 2026: A preparatory meeting for the upcoming Agniveer recruitment rally was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Churachandpur, Krishna Kumar, today at the Conference Hall, of the DC Office.

The rally is scheduled to be held from September 17 to 21 at Peace Ground, Tuibong, exclusively for the shortlisted candidates from Churachandpur and other districts.

Approximately 1,500 candidates, who have qualified the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE), are expected to participate in the rally.

In view of the upcoming rally, the Deputy Commissioner has instructed all line departments to extend all possible support.

He also appealed to the general public and all stakeholders concerned to extend their cooperation towards the smooth and successful conduct of the rally.

The DC further informed that the Administration will' put all necessary arrangements in place to facilitate the participation of all eligible candidates.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Army Recruiting Office (ARO), Rangapahar and the District Level Officers concerned of Churachandpur district.
