Imphal, May 09 2026: Dr Th Charanjeet Singh, Director of Information & Public Relations (IPR), Government of Manipur, paid an official visit to the Manipur Information Centre (MIC) located at the Emporium Complex on Baba Kharag Singh Marg, New Delhi, yesterday.

During the visit, the Director interacted with MIC officials and staff to review current activities and functional responsibilities.

Dr Charanjeet issued instructions to enhance the Centre's role, specifically focusing on building more effective coordination between National media and the State Government.

He emphasized the critical need for disseminating authentic information regarding Manipur at the national level.

The Director also assured to undertake necessary infrastructure development to improve the office's overall functioning.
