NE Brothers warns against fake appointment letter

Imphal, November 05 2026: NE Brothers Entertainments Private Limited has disowned a fraudulent appointment letter dated November 3, 2026, for Nursing Officer at RIMS, Imphal, using its letterhead.

The letter bears the name and signature of Priyo Mangang, Proprietor of Sana Security Service, Manipur, who claimed to be its authorised signatory.

In a release, the company clarified that it has no association with Priyo Mangang or Sana Security Service, and neither was authorised to use its letterhead, name, logo, seal or signature.

The appointment letter is neither issued, approved nor authorised by it.

It clarified that it has no GeM contract for outsourced manpower at RIMS, Imphal.

Therefore, any appointment claiming to be issued by the company for RIMS is unauthorised.

The company said the misuse may mislead job seekers.

It condemned the act and said it shall not be responsible for any appointment, recruitment or transaction arising from the document.

The company said it has filed a police complaint seeking an FIR and investigation.

It advised job seekers not to accept the letter as genuine, not to make any payment to anyone claiming to provide employment on its behalf, and to verify appointment letters with its authorised office.
