Wangkhem Youth Congress repairs pothole-riddled roads in Yairipok Area

Thoubal, July 04 2025: Members of the Wangkhem Youth Congress Committee under the initiative of Wangkhem AC MLA Keisham Meghachandra have launched a road repair initiative to address the worsening road condition ofkey routes in Yairipok area.

The repair work, which began earlier today, covers critical areas starting from Yairipok-Shikhong Sekmai Canal bridge to Yairipok High School, Yairipok PS, CHC Yairipok which are filled with large potholes.

The volunteers are filling the large potholes using earth and stones to restore smoother and safer road conditions for commuters.

The effort will also extend to other important connecting routes such as Yairipok-Thoubal Bishnunaha, Siphai Leikai, Singa, Wangkhem Phouden and Melaground Yairipok Lamkhai.
