Imphal, March 24 2026: The All Manipur Students' Union (AMSU) has extended an invitation to the student community of the State to participate in a series of State level competitions set to be organised by the student body during the observation of 46th Realisation Month from March 17 to April 17.As per a press release, the month is being observed under the theme 'Realise to save the indigenous peoples of Manipur' .

The schedule of competitions are - State Level Open Debating Competition 2026 on April 4 at Maharaja Budhachandra College, Palace Compound, Imphal East (topic NRC update); State Level Open Symposium Competition 2026 on "Detection, identification and deportation of illegal immigrants and saving indigenous populace" (April 13) at TS Paul Women's College, Mongsangei, Imphal West; State Level Open Painting Competition 2026 on "Illegal immigration and the fate of Manipur" (April 5) at Thoubal College, Thoubal; State Level Open Essay Writing Competition 2026 on "Impacts of illegal immigration in Manipur and viable solutions" (April 12) at Kha Manipur College, Kakching and State Level Open Essay Writing Competition 2026 on "Role of Manipur Government and Central Government in solving illegal immigration in Manipur" (April 11) at Special Regular English School, Nambol.
