Imphal, November 23 2025: Members of 1986 batch, Police Training College (PTC), Maduban have expressed deep sorrow and condolence over the untimely demise of retired MPS officer Akoijam Shantikumar.

PTC 1986 Batch members observed one minute of silence to pay their respect and pray for the departed soul to rest in peace.

They also shared the grief of the bereaved family.

Similarly, the Social Development Organisation (SDO), Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai has also condoled the tragic demise of its former president Akoijam Shantikumar.

SDO convened a condolence meeting today to mourn the demise of Late Akoijam Shantikumar.

In the meeting, members of SDO shared the grief of the bereaved family and observed two minutes of silence to pay their respect to the departed.
