Imphal, July 10 2025: The Bar Council of Manipur has notified that Thongram Keshorjit Singh, Advocate who has been enrolled as an Advocate on March 13, 2007 and whose name was entered on the Roll of Advocates of the council bearing Roll No 1574/2006-07/BCM-43/2022 has been suspended from practicing as an Advocate for a period of two years with effect from July 9, 2025 under Section 35(3)(c) ofthe Advocates Act, 1961.In a release, the Bar Council of Manipur stated that Thongam Keshorjit Singh, Advocate has been suspended for his misconduct by an Order dated July 9, 2025 passed in Disciplinary Case No 4 of 2025 (Suo-Motu Case) by the Disciplinary Committee-11 of the council.
