Imphal, July 06 2025: Federation of Civil Society Organisations (FOCS), Kakching District Committee was officially formed today during a meeting held today at Kakching Chumnang Leikai Community Hall.

The meeting was presided over by FOCS Acting President BM Yaima Shah, and the members present unanimously resolved to elect a new executive committee consisting of 15 members.

The newly elected office bearers of FOCS Kakching District Committee for the year 2025-28 include, Naorem Lukhoi as president, Birlan Angomcha as secretary general, Yumnam Suresh as secretary organisation, Sogolsem Bimol as secretary finance and Senjam Gopeshwar as secretary Information & Public Relations.
