Imphal, May 05 2026: To strengthen digital governance, the State Government has announced that the newly inaugurated e-Seba Manipur portal (http://esebamanipur.mn.gov.in) will serve as the exclusive platform for all notified online services starting May 11 .

Accordingly, a notification issued by the IT Director directed citizens to submit applications for the following services through the new portal from May 11 .

Revenue services: Domicile certificate, Income certificate, OBC certificate, Permanent Resident certificate, SC and ST certificate.

Employment Exchange Services: registration, renewal of registration, updating qualifications and experience, transfer of registration, and applications against vacancies.

It is further informed that all new applications through the existing portal (http://eservicesmanipur.gov.in) will be discontinued with effect from May 11 .
