IPAK extends aid to families of martyrs

Imphal, February 03 2026:
The Indigenous People's Association of Kangleipak (IPAK) has donated a candle stick making machine and wax to the families of those who lost their lives in the conflict.
The aid initiative held today at the Thangjing Hall of Manipur Press Club was attended by IPAK president Ksh Somorendro; Kanglei Ima Lup president RK Sanahanbi; IPSA president M Bisheshor; ANDROK president Kh Chingkhei Luwang; ERDO president T Sanajaoba; PANDM vice-president I Shyamo Meetei; Loya Lup working president Tourangbam Birjit; ACOAM Lup president Sanjit Soraisam and COCOMI co-convener Shanta Nahakpam as presidium members.

Addressing the gathering, Ksh Somorendro stated that the items were donated to honour the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the motherland.
Additionally, he informed that plans are underway to extend similar aid to 30 families of martyrs.
