Kapaam village felicitates MCSCCE 2022 achiever Lucksha Nungchim Moyon

Kapaam Village Authority on Saturday organised a special reception ceremony to honour Shanuw Lucksha Nungchim Moyon, who successfully cleared the Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination (MCSCCE), 2022, conducted by the Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) .
The felicitation programme was held at Thomas Memorial Hall, Kapaam village in Chandel district and was attended by several community leaders and well-wishers.

Among those present as presidium members were president of the Moyon Naga Students' Union Fabiola Chinir, president of Kapaam Village Women Society Manden Margaret Chara, president of the Moyon Women Organisation Tiningsha Nungchim, president of the Moyon Naga Council Francis Chinir, and chief of Kapaam Village Authority Nelson Ngoruw Moyon.
Rev Philia Ngoruw, Pastor, attended the programme as the Blessing Minister.
Speaking at the function, Lucksha Nungchim Moyon attributed his success to hard work, perseverance and having a clear goal in life.
He encouraged young people to remain dedicated to their aspirations, stating that consistent effort and determination would ultimately lead to success.
He remarked that clearing the MPSC examination was not the culmination of his journey but rather the beginning of greater responsibilities and opportunities for selfimprovement.
He noted that civil service examinations are meant to prepare individuals to serve the people and contribute to welfare and developmental activities.
Expressing his commitment to public service, Lucksha said he would continue to work closely with the people to gain knowledge and better understand their needs.
He also pledged to contribute towards the upliftment of the Moyon community, which he described as a small population group that continues to face challenges in various fields.
He sought the support and cooperation of the people in carrying out welfare initiatives in the future.
Lucksha Nungchim Moyon hails from Kapaam village in Chandel district and is the eldest son of Luckson Nungchim Moyon and Komuni Ngoruw Moyon.
He is the eldest among three siblings.
