VEDSCO mourns demise of Prof Kh Jugindro

Thoubal, May 29 2026: The Voluntary Educational Development Society and Cultural Organization (VEDSCO), Khangabok, has expressed profound grief over the untimely demise of its adviser, Professor Khundrakpam Jugindro of Khangabok Maisnam Leikai, who passed away on May 26 .

In connection with his demise, a condolence programme was held yesterday at the residence of the late professor, organised by VEDSCO.

Members of the advisory committee of the organisation, along with representatives of local clubs, associations, organisations, and Meira Paibis of Khangabok, attended the programme and paid floral tributes to the portrait of the late educationist.

The gathering also observed a two-minute silence and offered prayers for the eternal peace of the departed soul.

During the programme, speakers recalled and acknowledged the immense contributions made by Prof Kh Jugindro towards the upliftment of education in Khangabok village and his dedicated efforts in the development of society in various fields.
