16 MPS officers transferred in major reshuffle

Imphal, May 26 2026: In a major reshuffle, the Governor has ordered the transfer and posting of 16 MPS officers with immediate effect in public interest.

According to an order issued today by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, Okramcha Wangkhomba, Dy CO/2nd IRB, has been posted as Additional SP(Ops), Bishnupur; Akoijam Sadananda Singh, Additional SP/Imphal East Traffic, as Additional SP(LO), Imphal East; and Diana Konjengbam, Dy CO/ 2nd MR, as Additional SP(Traffic), Imphal West & Additional SP(Adm)/Imphal West in addition.

Rajkumari Tinaluxmi moves from Additional SP(IUCAW), Imphal West to Dy CO/7th MR; while Pukhram Shanker Singh goes from Additional SP(LO)/Imphal East to Additional SP(LO)/Thoubal; E Lalringum Pulamte is transferred from Dy CO/1st IRB to Additional SP/ Pherzawl; and Jenee Thoidingjam from Dy CO/ 9th IRB to Dy CO/2nd MR.Sony Siem Go Sang, Dy CO/5th IRC, is posted as Dy CO/1st IRB; Kayenpaibam Sunderbala, Additional SP(Traffic)/ Imphal West & Additional SP(Adm)/Imphal West, is posted as Additional SP(IUCAW)/Imphal West; M Brojen Singh, Dy CO/7th MR, becomes Dy CO/ 2nd IRB; Salam Subhaschandra Singh.

AC/ 7th IRB, has been posted as Dy CO/7th IRB; while Golamthang Hatzaw, moves from AC/1st IRB to Dy CO/1st IRB.

Maibam Sudhirkumar Meitei, AC/5th IRB, has been posted as Additional SP/Imphal East (Traffic); L Santos Singh, DSP/Vigilance, moves to Additional SP/CID (Tech); RK Eden Singh, DSP(Ops)/Imphal West, becomes Dy.

C0/8th IR (CDO) Bn; and Kh Sunilkumar, DSP/CID(S), to Additional SP/CID (S) .
