Mount Everest College celebrates silver jubilee with grandeur

Imphal, November 21 2025: Mount Everest College, Senapati, celebrated its Silver Jubilee with grandeur at the college auditorium, marking 25 years of academic service since its establishment in 1999.The event brought together dignitaries, faculty members, alumni, students and well-wishers to commemorate the milestone.

MLA Sheikh Noorul Hassan attended the celebration as chief guest on behalf of Manipur Legislative Assembly Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh, who was away on official engagements.

During the programme, the MLA presented and read out the Speaker's congratulatory message, praising the college's remarkable growth and contributions over the past two and a half decades.

In his message, the Speaker lauded the institution's steadfast commitment to its founding ideals - uplifting, inspiring, and serving society.

He noted that the Silver Jubilee symbolised not just the passage of time but a tribute to enduring values, blossoming excellence and community strength.
