MMS Genius Academy felicitates meritorious students

Thoubal, May 20 2026: An award distribution ceremony to felicitate the meritorious students of MMS Genius Academy, Kakching who successfully cleared the recently declared Class X examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) was held today at the schoolhall.

The function was attended by General Manager of KRODY Bag Industry, Imphal, Romita Khumanthem as chief guest; while headmaster of MMS Genius Academy, Ksh Ranjan presided over the programme as functional president.

Chairman of the School Management Committee Naorem Amuyaima attended the event as guest of honour, while vice-president Naorem Chandramani attended as special guest.

During the ceremony, 17 students who performed exceptionally well in the BOSEM Class X examination, along with teachers of various subjects who played a significant role in guiding the students, were honoured by the school authorities with cash awards and Lengyans (traditional shawl) as tokens of appreciation and encouragement.

Among the awardees was Brahmacharimayum Gaitri, who secured 9.67 CGPA and emerged as the highest scorer in the Kakching area, bringing laurels to the school.

In recognition of her outstanding achievement, chief guest Romita Khumanthem also presented a special cash prize to Gaitri on behalf of KRODY Bag Industry.
