RIMC entrance exam on Dec 7, informs Education(S)

Imphal, August 19 2025: The Directorate of Education has informed to all concerned that the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun entrance examination for admission of boys and girls in Class VIII for the July 2026 term will be held on December 7 at Ram Lal Paul Higher Secondary School.

As per a notification issued by Ng Bhogendra Meitei, Director of Education (S), the candidates should either be studying in Class VII or have passed Class VII from any recognised school and be in the age bracket of 11 and a half to 13 years as on July 1, 2026, meaning that they should not be bom earlier than July 2, 2013 and not later than January 1, 2015 .

Detailed information can be collected from the OSD, Room No 51A (Examination Section) at the Directorate of Education (S), Lamphelpat during office hours.

Notification of RIMC qualifying examination is also available at the official website of RIMC (www.rimc.gov.in) and website of Education (S) Department (www.manipureducation.gov.in), added the notification.
