Imphal, June 16 2025: Television and Cine Foundation, Manipur (TC Foundation Manipur) on Sunday convened a general body meeting at the Preview Theatre of the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), Palace Compound, Imphal to elect a new executive committee.

The election process was overseen by Khangembam Kulshor, who served as the returning officer.

Renowned filmmaker Haobam Paban Kumar was elected as the new president, following the formal dissolution of the previous executive body by outgoing president Bobby Wahengbam.

Joining the new executive team are Romi Meitei (vice president), Borun Thokchom (general secretary), Sonia Nepram and Tushar Nongthombam (joint secretaries), Aribam Bishwajit (treasurer); Ashok Veilou, Manas Maisnam, Ksh Meghachandra, Sandeep Soubam, and Jhosmine Nambam (executive members).

Additionally, Khangembam Kuleshwor and Doren Loitongbam have been selected as advisors, with two more advisors to be nominated by the newly elected office bearers.
