NPO Judiciary committee takes oath of office in Senapati

Senapati, August 11 2025: The Oath-taking and installation ceremony of the Naga People's Organisation (NPO) Judiciary Committee was held today at the NPO Conference Hall.

The invocation prayer was led by M John Thangal, and the oath was administered by Kuba Peter, president of the NPO Rev RL Tennyson, Pastor of Khabung Karong Baptist Church, blessed the newly inducted Judiciary members.

The newly inducted judiciary members include VS Joseph Pao (Poumai), OK Sang (Poumai), P Athuo (Mao), H Kaikho Pfoze (Mao), John Kangbing (Maram), Lamak Jacob (Maram), RK Aaron (Thangal), RH Angou (Thangal), P Ngatuba (Zeliangrong), and RHE James Zeme (Zeliangrong), who will served till 2027 .

The newly appointed members will serve in the NPO Court, carrying out their duties in accordance with the customary laws of Tahamzam (Senapati) Nagas, upholding justice, integrity, and traditions of the people.
