LMG Manipur extends financial aid

Thoubal, August 17 2025: The Like Minded Group (LMG) Manipur in continuation of its philanthropic activities, has extended monetary aid of Rs 8000 to the family of the Late Chingtham Manaobi Singh (45 yrs), s/o Chingtham Tocha Singh of Khongjom Chingtham Mayai Leikai.

According to a release issued by the LMG, Manaobi was found dead on Aug 13 at a paddy field in Tekcham under Tentha AC.

Moved by the family's dire situation and their inability to meet the ritual ceremony expenses, LMG Manipur provided the financial assistance to help perform his Asthi and Shradha ceremony.

The relief initiative was led by LMG vice president, Chongtham Jibanlata and Brojen Thongam, in the presence of its secretary Ojit Sorokhaibam, treasurer Kunjeshwor Mangsatabam, and other key members of the group.
