PAFA felicitates meritorious students for outstanding HSLC performance

Thoubal, May 11 2026: Peace and Freedom Academy (PAFA), organised its 18th felicitation programme at the school auditorium to honour the meritorious students who secured outstanding results in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM).

The programme was attended by the academy's Founder Principal Salam John Singh, along with local guardians including Thingujam Premjit, Laiphrakpam Govind, Leimapokpam Priyokumar, Moirangthem Santikumar, Sanasam Parbati Devi and Soibam Premi as presidium members.

During the function, 53 students who successfully cleared the Class X examination conducted by BOSEM were felicitated by the academy.

The institution also honoured its three toppers, three selected best teachers, top three students from each class from Nursery to X, the hostel superintendent and two lady wardens by presenting trophies and simple gifts.

Speaking on the occasion, Salam Jotin Singh expressed pride over the academy's excellent performance in the recent HSLC examination results.

He stated that out of the 53 students who appeared in the examination, three students secured above 9 CGPA, 25 students scored above 8 CGPA, 23 students secured above 7 CGPA and two students obtained above 6 CGPA.

He stated that the academy achieved a 100 percent pass percentage, which he described as a proud achievement for the academy.

The principal attributed the success to the dedication of the faculty members and the trust sacrifice, support and cooperation extended by parents and guardians towards the academy.
