Imphal, December 06 2025: The School Management Committee (SMC) of Pinjabati Aided High School has rebuffed the claim made by clubs and meira paibis of Sandangkhong alleging that efforts are being made to dissolve the school.

Calling it a groundless claim, SMC chairman S Mangi said that they have not received any order from the ZEO, Zone-IV, Bishnupur regarding the dissolution of the SMC of Pinjabati Aided High School.

The current SMC has been operating the school, supervising both approved and unapproved teachers, who continue to perform their duties well, said the chairman, while addressing media persons at Manipur Press Club today.

"instead of debating over the school, let us focus more on developing the school and improving it", added S Mangi.

The press briefing was also attended by Md Abdullah Khan, Head Master, Pinjabati Aided High School, School Management Committee secretary and other officials.
