First Naga lady Pilot inspires students at Naga Public School

Students of Naga Public School (NPS), Koide Biisho, Senapati, were inspired on Monday when they had the opportunity to meet Roveinai Paotei, the first Naga lady pilot from the Poumai Naga community.
Paotei, who earned her Commercial Pilot License (CPL) from Australia, addressed the students in a special motivational session and shared her journey of perseverance and determination.
Speaking about her life experiences, Paotei reminded the students that "God has a purpose for each one of us.
and when God is at the center of our lives, everything finds true meaning".
She emphasized that education should not be confined to textbooks and encouraged students to explore, learn, and discover new things every day.
Urging the students not to fear failure, she shared her own struggles and explained how every setback taught her to rise stronger.
"Life is a challenge," she said, highlighting that hardwork and determination are key to achieving success.
Paotei also expressed her gratitude to teachers, calling them "the real heroes and builders of society" .
She said that though their efforts often go unrecognized, they play a vital role in shaping the future of countless students.
In an interactive session, students asked Paotei questions about her career choice.
When asked why she became a pilot, she replied, "I wanted to take the less-travelled road - it is more challenging" .
Her words left a deep impression on the students, motivating them to dream big and pursue their goals with courage.
