Aadhaar updation for students announced

Imphal, July 03 2025: A special camp will be conducted from July 9 to facilitate students to enrol/correction/updation required for students and to ensure 100% Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID generation of all students.

According to a notification issued by Dr Nivedita Lairenlakpam, Deputy Commissioner, Imphal East, the camp will also facilitate enrolment and e-KYC of eligible ICDS Project beneficiaries on or before July 31, 2025 .

Zonal Education Officers Zone-II and DPO (ICDS), Imphal East have been directed to ensure saturation of Aadhaar enrolment and generation along with e-KYC on or before July 31.The notification has also demanded the concerned ZEOs and DPO (ICDS) to submit weekly progress reports every Friday.

Additionally, the notification urged all parents, teachers, Anganwadi workers of Imphal East district to extend fullcooperation to achieve 100% saturation.
