Hilly Ministries observes World Sunday School Day with 130 marginalised children

Senapati, November 02 2025: Hilly Ministries joyfully observed World Sunday School Day by bringing together 130 marginalised Sunday school children under its care.

The special event was marked by the participation of various community members, church elders, and well-wishers who joined hands in a spirit of unity, compassion, and service.

Generosity flowed throughout the day as volunteers contributed in multiple ways - many helped prepare and serve meals, while others provided essential items and assistance, making the celebration a memorable and heartwarming experience for the children.

The highlight of the programme was an inspiring message delivered by Tekheveu Tsuzuh, who reminded the children that they are unique, perfect, special, and a source of pride to their parents.

She emphasised that every child is a heritage from the Lord and urged parents, teachers, and the church to nurture children in the Word of God, especially in today's world, which poses increasing moral and spiritual challenges for young minds.

The event concluded with joyful singing, heartfelt prayers, and words of thanksgiving, symbolising the ministry's ongoing mission to nurture and empower children spiritually and socially through the love of Christ.
