FESOK organises Drug Awareness Campaign

The Federal Students' Organisation, Kangleipak (FESOK) as part of its continuous Drug Awareness Campaign across the State, organised a one-day awareness programme at Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School, Thoubal.
According to a release issued by FESOK the awareness programme held under the theme "Mayai Kaba Chinjakna Sokhallaba Khunai Ashida Maheiroisinggi Thoudang", was attended by Social Activist, N Bobo Meitei; Chief Functionary of Change Foundation, Thangjam Subashchandra; principal of Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School, Moirangthem Mohindro; and vice-president of FESOK Pheiroijam Lalit; among others as presidium members.
Sharing his personal experience at the event, resource person N Bobo Meitei spoke about the devastating impact of drugs on life, urging students to stay away from substance abuse.
He gave detailed insights into the consequences of drug use and stressed the importance of awareness and preventive action.
FESOK's unit secretary, Kshetrimayum Naocha Singh, announced that similar awareness drives will be carried out in other schools and colleges across the State.
He reaffirmed FESOK's commitment to standing tall against drug menace with the goal of fostering a healthier society.
