Imphal, June 30 2025: The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) has come out with a clarification regarding a 'fake' tender notification circulating on social media and other forums.

According to RIMS, the document claims to be a tender notification for outsourcing manpower services including the alleged recruitment of 54 Staff Nurses (Nursing Officers) and 130 MTS posts, totalling 184 positions, but it is unauthorized and misleading.

Clarifying that no such official tender notification has been issued till date, RIMS advised the public not to rely on such information unless it is officially published on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal or the official RIMS website.

RIMS assured that authentic and verified tender notifications will only be issued through official platforms, as per the procedures laid down by the Government of India.

Saying that further information or updates regarding any official tender will be communicated in due course through proper and authorized means, the institute warned that any attempt to circulate fake or misleading notices will be dealt with seriously under applicable legal provisions.
