BDRPSA to hold orientation on "Transformational Leadership in School Principalship" in Bishnupur

Moirang, October 28 2025: In a move to bring transformation to Manipur's education system under the National Educational Policy (NEP) 2020, the Bishnupur District Recognised Private Schools' Association (BDRPSA) has announced that it will organise a one-day orientation programme on "Transformational Leadershipin School Principalship: Understanding the Core Values and Changing Roles under NEP" on November 2 at St John's English High School, Nambol.

N Shantikumar Singh, secretary of BDRPSA, while addressing the media persons during a press conference held at St John's English High School, stated that the orientation programme will be attended by principals and founders from both Government and private educational institutions within Bishnupur district and across the State.

He stated that the event aims to familiarise the principals and founders from across the State, with key aspects of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023.He further added that the event will feature interactive sessions designed to provide principals, founders and educational leaders with the opportunity to exchange ideas, network, and gain a deeper understanding of the new educational paradigms.

Expressing optimism, Shantikumar Singh stated that the initiative will serve as a crucial step toward transforming Manipur's education landscape and ushering in meaningful changes across schools in line with the NEP 2020 vision.
