NSUC celebrates, fetes meritorious students

Naga Students' Union Chandel (NSUC) felicitated meritorious students of Chandel district during its 44th foundation day celebration held under the theme 'Lighting up the path of achievement' at Chamdil Town Hall, Panchai on Wednesday.
Speaking at the event, NSUC president Ruwnglar Elly Anal congratulated the students for their hard work, dedication, and achievements in their studies, encouraging them to continue their academic journey and strive for further success.
He further advised the students to stay healthy and away from activities that are against the society.

He also stated that for the last 44 years the NSUC has been working for the welfare and interest of the student community and thanked its units for their support and cooperation.
More than 100 students and their teachers participated in the programme with certificate of excellence handed over to students of the district who excelled in various field and in the class 10 and 12 examination conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE.
The function was attended by NSUC founding president Ng Gilbert Monsang, ANS-AM president Th Angteshang Maring, CNPO president Dilbung Francis Thamdok, CNCF president reverend Shonnai Saka, school principals and pastors among others.
