Imphal, May 29 2025: In connection with the 2nd death anniversary of Late Mayengbam Keronjit Meitei, a blood donation camp was conducted yesterday at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Porompat.

The camp was organised by friends and family of Late Mayengbam Keronjit Meitei in collaboration with the Department of Blood Bank & Transfusion Unit, JNIMS .

Altogether, 15 individuals donated their blood during the camp which was conducted under the theme, "Ema Leibak-Kidamak Kathoklaba Ee".

Notably, Mayengbam Keronjot s/o Mayengbam Brojen Meitei from Pangantabi Awang Leikai was killed in an attack by Chin Kuki Nacro-Terrorist at Sugnu on May 28, 2023 .
