Imphal, July 22 2024: The Imphal Finance Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd celebrated its 31st Foundation Day today at Manipur Press Club, Majorkhul.

It was attended by Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and MAHUD Minister Yumnam Khemchand; State Bank of India, RBO Imphal, Regional Manager, Khumukcham Okendro and Imphal Finance, Managing Director, Wairokpam Guneshwor Singh as presidium members.

The celebration began with a cultural dance followed by a keynote address from M Sanajaoba.

Distribution of awards to the best employees of the Imphal Finance Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd was the main highlight of the event.

Notably, the Imphal Finance Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Ltd, founded on July 22, 1993, has made significant contributions to promoting financial awareness and providing financial assistance in Manipur.

The company has set up branches in 4 districts of the State employing over 60 people in the span of 31 years.
